Terms and conditions

The purchase/payment of any online product on the platform constitutes a contractual arrangement and a binding contract between you and Lily Travel DMC, through BI Consulting d.o.o. and represents your unconditional acceptance of the Lily Travel DMC Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

Online product on this platform is a set of services described in a sufficient level of details on this platform. It is normally described in a format of a 'tour', but it can also be in another format such as 'excurson', 'event', 'team-building', 'seminar', 'incentive' etc. with indicated "Start Date" and "End Date". 

By accessing or using this online platform or by purchusing products on the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions set forth below including any additional guidelines and future modifications, whether or not you become a registered user of the platform. When you access any sub-site, webpage, hyperlink through this website, then such sub-site may have its own Terms and Conditions.

Lily Travel DMC reserves the right to add to, change or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions or any terms posted on this platform apply as soon as they are posted. You need to re-visit the “Terms & Conditions” link from time to time to stay abreast of any changes that the platform may introduce.

If the modified terms are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the services.


To make your reservation of a product on this platform:

  1. Select the Start date that you plan to consume the product (service)
  2. Make selection of the product  
  3. Indicate the number of people and children (if applicable) that are consuming the product
  4. Make selection of accomodation (if applicable)
  5. Make online payment

After payment is made you will get an online booking confimration by email with all relevant details. This booking confirmation is your proof and evidence that product is purchused.


For online payment, Lily Travele accepts Visa and MasterCard. All transfer costs are on your account. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until the payment is received by Lily Travel and you receive a confirmation invoice for your booking indicating you have read and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions.


You are responsible for verifying that everything on your invoice is accurate and complete, including dates of travel, options selected, and that each name matches the relevant passport. Lily Travel cannot accept responsibility if we are not notified of inaccuracies within five days of sending out the invoice. After the expiration of the 5-day period, the customer and product details shall be deemed and taken as correct. In the case of billing errors, Lily Travel reserves the right to re-invoice you with correct pricing.


Within the final payment date, payment in full amount is required at time of booking to reserve space. Reservations (flight, accomodation, land transportation and other resources) are canceled if final payment is not received by the due date; cancellation penalties apply, as noted below and Lily Travel is neither responsible nor liable to compensate you for the same. Payment in full is required at the time of booking for reservations made within the final payment date of your vacation.


If a booking cancellation is received by Lily Travel prior to the final payment date of your vacation, your non-refundable deposit will be retained.


  • 60 days or more than 60 days prior to commencement of services: 5% of total price
  • 60-30 days prior to commencement of services: 10% of total price
  • 30-15 days prior to commencement of services: 30% of total price
  • 15- 1 days prior to commencement of services: 50% of total price
  • On departure day or no show up: 100% of total price.

Cancellation fees shall also apply to any additional services, including extra nights’ accommodations, independently supplied services, and optional excursions reserved prior to, during, and after the tour. For any change of flight(s), including, but not limited to, flight cancellations and /or name changes, requested after full land and air deposits are received, revisions fees, change fees will apply. In many instances, airline revision or change fees can be up to 250EUR per person but in some cases may be up to 100% of the ticket price.

Lily Travel DMC reserves its absolute right to cancel or reschedule any product start date for any reason, including insufficient demand or force majeure. If a product is canceled prior to departure, Lily Travel only responsibility will be to refund the amount received by it for the reservation. However, Lily Travel DMC will try to re-book the same product with a different start date or a similar product subject to the product cost applicable on the different start date, but there is no guarantee of availability of offering. Whenever possible the rescheduling or product substitute will be done in a close cooperation with customer.


You must report to Lily Travel DMC any disability requiring special attention while on tour at the time the booking reservation is made. Lily Travel DMC will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers, but shall not be held responsible in the event it is unable to do so nor responsible for any denial of special assistance/services by air carriers, ships, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. Lily Travel DMC cannot provide individual assistance to any vacation participant for walking, dining, getting on and off buss and other vehicles, or other personal needs. It is recommended that qualified and physically able companion(s) accompany such travelers who need such assistance and they must assume full responsibility for their well-being. If we are not notified at time of reservation of any disability requiring special attention, Lily Travel DMC reserves the right to cancel your booking or terminate your vacation if your special needs or disabilities are not suitable for the vacation, are incompatible with other travelers, or if you are not traveling with a companion who provides all the assistance you require. Lily Travel DMC will not refund or cover any costs or expenses incurred for cancellation penalties, as above, apply. Not all sightseeing stops/sites accommodate wheelchairs, and some locations and sightseeing activities require extensive standing, sitting, or walking, sometimes on unpaved or cobblestone streets. Lily Travel is not responsible for any missed activities due to a participants inability to participate with the group.


Travelers who are under 18 years old on the departure date must be accompanied by an adult throughout the vacation and must share an adults’ accommodation. Children under eight years of age are not allowed on Lily Travel GROUP VACATIONS (20+ travelers) vacations. On Lily TravelINDIVIDUAL VACATIONS young travelers ages 8-17 receive approximately 10% discount on the base vacation price while young travelers 2 – 11 receive a 25% discount approximately.


Smoking is not allowed on transportation that is exclusively provided by Lily Travel Many hotels on Balkan have imposed a 100% non-smoking policy and many cities have imposed non-smoking regulations in public places. As a standard rule, Lily Travel confirms non-smoking hotel rooms. If you require a smoking room, a request maybe submitted, but we cannot guarantee availability.


All vacation prices are in EUR and based on rates (reflecting foreign exchange rates) known at the time of publication and expected to be in effect at the time of start date, and do not include airfare, except where noted on specific itineraries. Once Lily Travel has received your full payment for any product, that product price is guaranteed and you are protected against currency fluctuations.


You are responsible for verifying, arranging, obtaining, and paying for all visas and entry and exit documents, for meeting all health and other requirements, and for any documents required by the laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the countries you will visit.

Lily Travel cannot accept liability for any passenger refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure of the passenger to carry correct documentation. All passengers traveling internationally are required to have a valid passport. Most countries require that the passport be valid for at least six months beyond the conclusion of your trip. It is recommended you have a minimum of three blank pages in your passport when traveling, as many countries require blank pages. Multiple-entry visas are required for some vacations. It is your responsibility to verify and check all visa and passport requirements from concerned embassies of the countries where you intend to travel and arrange for the same. The process of obtaining a visa and/or passport can take up to three months or more.

If you fail to supply the details, as requested, fully and accurately, your trip may be interrupted or canceled.


The hotels listed in this brochure are intended to be used however, hotels are not guaranteed. Lily Travel reserves the right to substitute other hotels than those listed on the itinerary pages. If a change becomes necessary for any reason, including alternate hotels for additional departures on the same date, or hotel location changes within or outside itinerary cities, the hotel substituted will be of equivalent quality or higher to those shown. No refunds are provided for hotel changes and full cancellation penalties, as noted above, shall apply.


Porterage at hotels for one suitcase per person is included in the vacation price. Due to limited motor coach capacity, your single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 76cm x 53cm x 28cm and weight not exceeding 20 kg, unless otherwise noted in your Travel Documents.


Please be aware that during your participation in vacations operated by Lily Travel, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control, including, but not limited to the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft, or other means of transportation; forces of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessness or terrorism; and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. Lily Travel will not be liable for provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. While Lily Travel will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken, by agreeing to participate in a vacation and/or optional excursions, you agree that you will not hold Lily Travel responsible for any provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care rendered. Lily Travel is not responsible for such risks and dangers that may arise beyond our control. Payment of your deposit indicates you accept these unforeseen risks and dangers and agree to not hold Lily Travel responsible for such.
